Dear Ron,
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you and your employees at The Becker Group. From the day you came to our house and we signed the agreement in January until today, six months later you and your people did not rest until our house was sold. Not only was our home sold, no, it was sold exactly in the manner explained by Ron and as promised in a short sale and without a dime out of our pocket. Ron and his group did not even shy away from our special situation that was us moving back to our home country Germany! They scanned all documentation and contracts, emailed, mailed and called with all information and never dropped the ball. In many long calls to our lenders and to the mortgage insurance company the formed our deal and negotiated for us so that we could rest assured that we were in the best hands possible!
Ron presented us with quite a few offers, even in these bad times he managed to find a suitable buyer for us. Ron did not rest to form a deal that was bearable for both us, the sellers, but also for the buyers who came into a pinch as time ran away and they needed to leave their house! Even as I offered a payment from my side to help push the deal along Ron refused any payments from us and reminded me of the contract we had signed. There it was stated that the sellers would walk away with no money out of pocket, what so ever! Ron even reduced his commission to enable the deal to come through.
Without Ron Becker and The Becker Group, my family would have been left with approx. $ 60,000.00 in debt and very likely a bankruptcy or foreclosure.
Ron in my line of business and in my personal life I meet many companies and individuals. Sadly only very seldomly I am allowed to experience such a fine business character as yours! I wish there were more hardworking and honest people like yourself. It would be a pleasure to do business with you again!
