THE FORECLOSURE MARKET IS ON THE RISE!

What is a notice of default and how is it important to you as a real estate investor and/or savvy buyer?

Notice of Default- a document which gives formal notice that a borrower has defaulted on a loan or debt. A Notice of Default is the first step in the foreclosure. This document is public record and is usually given between 90-150 days before the actual foreclosure auction (depending on the bank).

What a great way to connect with a homeowner who needs someone like you to buy their property at a discount through a short sale. (And if you are one of these homeowners who NEEDS a buyer before your home lapses into foreclosure and before your credit is completely destroyed, contact us to help you get out of your home owing the bank NOTHING.)

Don't spend hours upon hours fighting other investors at the courthouse just to get outdated information! Our list of foreclosures and pre-foreclosures (short sales) is very detailed, giving complete home and homeowner information including tax records and mortgage details.

Many properties that are in foreclosure never make it to auction because an investor may buy the property before it happens. Be one of those fortunate buyers who has instant access to these great deals.

In some cases a mortgage company may help the individuals out of foreclosure by offering a new mortgage, or the owner of the property may have been able to work out a resolution with the lender. We compile these Illinois/Wisconsin Foreclosures for the following counties, please specify from which county and/or cities you would like foreclosure properties in the comments area below:
